A 19-year-old from Calgary is facing nearly a dozen charges in connection with a shooting in early February.

Police say two men went into a Lethbridge home on the morning of February 6. One of the men had a gun.

Two shots were fired with one bullet going through a wall and hitting a 34-year-old man in the legs.

Both suspects ran from the home with one stealing an unknown quantity of drugs.

The shooting victim wasn't seriously hurt.

Alexander Soza, 19, is facing a number of charges including aggravated assault, careless use of a firearm, and assault with a weapon.

He will be back in court February 23.

Police are still searching for the alleged gunman involved in the shooting.
