One of rock’s seminal outfits will celebrate its 50-year legacy with a 2015 North American Tour including stops in Calgary and Edmonton.
‘The Who Hits 50! Tour’ will see original members of The Who, Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend, take the Scotiabank Saddledome stage on Thursday, October 1, 2015 for a performance of a selection of the British Invasion band’s songs spanning the last half century.
Pre-sale tickets for the show will be available through the band’s fan club beginning on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Fan club membership costs $50.
General ticket sales will be available through The Who website on Friday, October 17, 2014.
The Who have sold more than 100 million records since the band’s formation in London, England in 1964.
The band last played the Saddledome in October 2006.
