A Claresholm man is facing a number of charges after five teens came forward saying they had been sexually assaulted over several months.

An investigation began on November 15, after the victims, who are in their middle to late teens, told police that they were sexually assaulted by a man over an 11 month period.

The man is now charged with six counts of sexual assault, five counts of sexual interference and eight counts of sexual exploitation.

His name is being withheld to protect the identity of the victims and he is expected to appear in Provincial Court in Fort Macleod on December 6.
