The city issued a release on Wednesday afternoon to let Calgarians know that its 311 line is offline because of a technical issue.
The lines went down at about 1:15 p.m. and the city says they are working to rectify the problem.
The 311 line is for people to request non-emergency city services.
Calgarians can still file a request for service through the city’s 311 online system.
The city has also set up a temporary number for requests: 403-695-3255
