Firefighters are putting out hotspots at a house fire in Deer Ridge in the city’s southeast.
Crews responded to a fire at a house in the 600 block of Deermount Way S.E. at about 3:50 p.m. Tuesday.
They were able to quickly gain control of the blaze and contain it to the home.
Four people were home at the time and escaped injury.
There is no word yet on damage estimates and the fire is under investigation.
