One man is dead after a vehicle collided with a light standard in the city’s northeast.
The crash occurred at around 1:40 a.m., Saturday morning, at the intersection of 36 St. and Whitefield Dr. N.E.
The driver, a man in his 20’s, was pronounced dead on the scene. He was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
The identity of the deceased has not been released.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
