Two people are dead after their car, a 1995 Buick Riviera, crashed into a parked semi about 5:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
The car was heading north when it ran into the back of the semi tractor trailer which was parked at a rest stop with its lights on just south of Bowden.
The driver of the Buick, a 23-year-old man, and a woman who was a passenger in the car both died at the scene. Their names have not been released.
Alcohol was not a factor in the collision. RCMP are investigating.
The driver of the semi wasn't hurt.
