Calgary police have arrested and charged four people in connection to drug trafficking after drugs, weapons and cash were found in two vehicles and a southeast home.

On Tuesday, officers executed a search warrant on a home in the 1300 block of 41 St. S.E., a 2005 Cadillac Escalade and a 2004 Chevrolet Impala.

Investigators seized:

  • $18,000 in cash
  • 24 grams of crack cocaine (estimated street value $2,400)
  • Small quantity of marijuana
  • Drug paraphernalia
  • Bear spray
  • A machete

“We believe this was a very active dial-a-dope drug operation,” said District 4 Staff Sgt. Geoff Gawlinski. “Our investigation was a direct result of concerns expressed by the community, and we are pleased we’ve been able to make arrests in this case.”

Four men were arrested inside the home:

  • 29-year-old Tang Kuoth
  • 26-year-old Malow Diew Long
