Be part of Fresh Start Recovery Centre’s 6th annual 12 Stop Ride for Recovery Bike Run now welcoming vintage, classic, exotic cars and hot rods in addition to motorcycles.

WHAT - This 12 Stop Ride for Recovery Run is a scavenger hunt style ride originally designed for motorcycles to increase awareness of the many ways that recovery restores lives previously destroyed by the disease of addiction and that Fresh Start is the solution for struggling addicts and their family members through RECOVERY. This event helps Fresh Start raise funds so that more men and families can affordably RECOVER their lives through Fresh Start. New this year they have welcomed Hot Rods, classic, exotic and Vintage cars to join in on the fun.

WHO - Operating in Calgary for more than 21 years, Fresh Start Recovery Centre is a residential alcohol and drug addiction treatment centre that has been recognized nationally by the Donner Canadian Foundation as The Best Run treatment centre in Canada for effective program delivery for 2010 and 2013 and has been chosen as a Recommended Top Pick Agency by Charity Intelligence Canada every year since 2007 because of its efficient use of donor funds.

WHEN - Held on Saturday, June 28th, 2014, registration begins at 9:00 am at Fresh Start (411 - 41 Ave NE, Calgary) and the rubber hits the road at 10:00 am with RECOVERY RIDERS like you receiving your first scavenger hunt clue to guide you to the first stop of your journey. This adventure is made up of a series of stops through our scenic city and rural landscapes. Each of the 12 Stops holds a new clue to direct you to a fun and unique experience at the next stop.
