The house in northwest Calgary where five people were stabbed to death earlier this year is up for sale.

While there are no ‘for sale’ signs outside the home, an online listing shows the property is listed for $489,900.

The city assessment on the home last July valued the four bedroom, three bathroom home at just over $483,000.

It does not divulge what took place there earlier this year.

On April 15, Jordan Segura, Josh Hunter, Kaiti Perras, Zackariah Rathwell, and Lawrence Hong were all stabbed to death while attending a house party at the home.

It is Calgary’s worst mass murder in its history.

Matthew de Grood, 22, has been charged with their murders.

He is due back in court in August, following a psychological assessment.
