The Calgary Homeless Foundation have received the call they were waiting for and confirm that Bon Jovi will be donating $100,000 to the organization.
Bon Jovi brought his ‘Because We Can’ tour to the Saddledome in front of a sold-out show.
After mentioning that lead guitarist Richie Sambora wouldn’t be at the concert due to personal reasons, Jon said he would be donating $100,000 to the Calgary Homeless Foundation.
The foundation said on Wednesday morning that they haven’t heard from the group, but by noon they got a call from his camp and they confirmed the good news.
A cheque is expected to be delivered by courier on Thursday.
