Calgary police have arrested and charged a 27-year-old Calgary man in connection to the alleged indecent recording of a CTrain passenger.
On the afternoon of Monday June 22, a CTrain passenger on a northbound train on the Sommerset-Bridlewood/Crowfoot line observed a seated man with an electronic device recording images under the dress of a woman who was standing. The witness confronted the man and the suspect departed the train at the City Hall Station.
On Thurday, July 10, police charged 27-year-old Alfred Brian Martinez in connection to the incident.
Martinez faces one count of voyeurism.
