It'll be a bit cheaper for Stampede goers to get on the bus and LRT during the next ten days as Calgary Transit has slashed the prices on passes.
For the first time ever, the organization is reducing the price on day passes sold between July 2 and 12.
Adult day passes will be $6.50 instead of $9.50 and youth passes will be $4.50 instead of $6.75.
There's no need to worry about getting a pass on the very day you'll be going to Stampede either.
People can buy them in advance and then merely scratch off the day they'll be using on the pass.
The passes are valid for the full day on the pass indicated.
