Homicide Unit investigating after body found in Ranchlands townhouse

Crime scene tape remains at the scene of Sunday afternoon’s suspicious death in the northwest community of Ranchlands.

At around 5:30 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Ranchlands Bay N.W. following reports a body had been located inside the home.

Investigators have interviewed several people in connection with the death. The identity of the deceased and the cause of death have not been released. Police have deemed the death suspicious but have not officially declared it a homicide.
