Members of the RCMP and Calgary Police Service located more than 20 stolen vehicles during Thursday’s search of a Quonset north of High River.

According to the High River RCMP detachment, 21 vehicles, which had been reported stolen from locations in Calgary or neighbouring communities, were seized during the execution of a search warrant.

The vehicles are being examined and investigators will attempt to contact the rightful owners. A complete list of the makes and models of the stolen cars, trucks and SUVs has not been released.

In connection to the seizure, a 37-year-old man from Calgary has been arrested. The person of interest’s identity has not been released as he has not been formally charged.
