Officials say that two people were injured in a crash in the southbound lanes of Deerfoot Trail on Tuesday morning.
EMS says that at about 9:15 a.m., they were called to a multi-vehicle crash on Deerfoot Trail just south of 64 Avenue.
Two people have been taken to hospital in serious condition.
Traffic on Deerfoot Trail was restricted to one lane for a short period after the incident, but it has since been reopened.
