A Calgary man is facing 19 criminal charges in connection with inappropriate online communication with a young male.
Alexander Peluso Galarraga, 25, is charged with multiple offences including, sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching, luring a child for a sexual purpose and child pornography.
Police laid the charges after a two month-long investigation into allegations that an adult male had inappropriately communicated with a 15-year-old boy on the Internet.
Police say the investigation confirmed inappropriate communication and meetings occurred between the two.
Galarraga is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Provincial Court on Tuesday.
