A man wanted in connection to a homicide in the southwest community of Kingsland in October has been located in Toronto and he is now facing a second-degree murder charge.

On October 27, officers were called to an assault in the 700 block of 67 Avenue S.W. at about 8:20 p.m. and found a man dead at the scene.

The victim was identified as 30-year-old Jordan Gregory Frydenlund.

On November 2, police appealed to the public for help to locate 40-year-old Jonathan Sylvanus Francis Sylvester for questioning in the case.
