Authorities had to shut down a Lethbridge-area highway for a few hours on Wednesday following a crash between a train and a semi-truck.
RCMP says the crash between the train and the truck, hauling tandem trailers, took place near the intersection of Highway 4 and Range Road 221.
Lethbridge police shut down Highway 4 south of 43 Street S. as a result of the crash.
No one was injured.
Crews had to remain in the area for several hours to clean up debris.
Traffic was detoured for the duration of the closure.
