Fearing for the safety of bears and other wildlife inside Canada’s national parks, Parks Canada is issuing a warning to all visitors.

They’re asking motorists to slow down and drive carefully in the parks to avoid hitting animals.

They’re also asking that no one feed any animals they find on mountain park roads.

While hiking, people should be extra vigilant about bears where there are high concentrations of buffaloberry bushes.
