Calgary Police have arrested and charged second man in connection with the death of Graham Sear in June 2012.

Sear, 28, was found dead inside a silver Toyota 4Runner SUV that was parked behind the Braeside Shopping Centre on Southland Drive S.W.

Witnesses at the time told police that they say an assault take place inside the vehicle and two men in their 20s flee the scene shortly afterward.

According to investigators, Sear’s death was drug-related and may have been the result of a botched drug deal.

Last May, Christopher Brian Richards, 30, was charged with first degree murder.

Now, police have arrested and charged Glen John MacIsaac, 32, of Calgary, with one count of first degree murder.

MacIsaac was arrested without incident at about 11 a.m. on Thursday in the community of Evergreen.

The investigation is ongoing.
