Police are investigating after a woman was found in medical distress and died on the scene in Cranston early on Saturday morning.
A neighbour called at 7:15 a.m. after spotting someone lying on the ground near a truck in the 100 block of Cranford Green S.E.
EMS attended and found the woman in medical distress but could not save her. The Medical Examiner came to the scene before the body was removed.
A vehicle was towed from the scene for forensic testing.
No name has yet been released.
