Calgary police is looking for the public's help in tracking down a high risk sex offender, who is wanted on warrants for a breach of conditions.

Michael Anthony Grodde, also known as Michael Mann, 54, did not report to police as per the conditions of his release.

Investigators say that Grodde has not been found at his home either.

Police say he has a significant history of sexual assault with a weapon, sexual assault, indecent exposure, and indecent phone calls.

He is described as:

  • 5'9"
  • approximately 185 pounds
  • balding, gray hair
  • brown eyes
  • tattoos of a dragon on his right leg, heart with a knife on his right forearm, skull on his left forearm, and a unicorn and demon across his shoulders

Investigators say Grodde has contacts in Calgary and Winnipeg.

According to the Winnipeg Police Service, Grodde is wanted on three unrelated warrants in connection with condition breaches including an unreported address change, breached curfew and failing to keep the peace in connection with charges that date back to 2006.

Winnipeg police have not been in contact with Grodde since July 2014.
