Calgary police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man responsible for an early morning sexual assault in the city’s southeast.
As approximately 1:00 a.m., in the 4700 block of 8 Ave. S.E., a man approached a 21-year-old woman from behind, dragged her to a nearby parking lot and began to fondle her.
The woman attempted to fight off her attacker and her screams were heard by two people who came to her rescue.
The suspect fled the scene. He is described as:
- Caucasian male
- Between 30 and 35-years-old
- 172 - 178 cm (5’8” – 5’10”)
- 77 - 86 kg (170 – 190 lbs)
- Bald
- Blue jeans
- Grey hoodie
