Two pictures of a suspect in a number of commercial robberies have been released by police in hopes the public can help identify him.

The robberies took place at an M&M Meat Shop, Highland Convenience Store and four different pet food stores in June and August of this year.

In each of these incidents the suspect approaches the clerk with an item from the store and tells the clerk to hand over the money in the till. He produces a small knife, switch-blade or in one case, a machete.

While speaking to the clerk, in each robbery the suspect apologizes the entire duration of the robbery.

The suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian with a pale complexion,
  • 27 to 32-years-old
  • 5’10” tall
  • skinny
  • dark curly hair
  • wearing prescription glasses

Anyone with information about these robberies or the identity of this man is asked to call the Calgary Police Service at 403-266-1234 or Crime Stoppers.
