Former premiers Peter Lougheed and Alexander Rutherford have one.

So does the late Liberal Leader Laurence Decore.

Now, Ralph Klein could be the next Alberta politician to have a political riding named after him.

Kyle Fawcett, the MLA for Calgary-North Hill, is proposing that his riding be renamed Calgary-Klein.

Klein grew up in the northwest area, though he served a different riding when he was an MLA.

People living in the riding are divided on whether it's a good idea.

The renaming would not become official until the provincial government rules on several new recommendations about changing and renaming several Alberta ridings and their boundaries.
