Lethridge police have located an 85-year-old man and his 82-year-old wife after the couple failed to return to their supportive living facility following a Friday lunch date.
On Friday, at approximately noon, Julien and Jean Leippy left their home with plans to have a meal together.
Citing undisclosed medical issues, police were concerned for the safety of the couple.
On Saturday, members of the Lethbridge Regional Police Service confirmed the Leippy's are safe and sound with relatives in Saskatchewan.
