Calgary police are investigating a disturbing report of aggravated sexual abuse on a six week old boy at a southwest home.
In June 2010, EMS responded to the home on a call of a child in medical distress.
The infant was taken to hospital, treated for his injuries, and police were called in.
The Child Abuse Unit investigated.
On May 13, police charged Dale Kunath, 28, of High River with aggravated assault and aggravated sexual assault.
Kunath is in police custody and is expected in court next month.
