Thief removes ATM from southwest pub during smash-and-grab

The owner of a pub in Somerset encountered a field of debris Sunday morning after a crook smashed a vehicle into the business and stole the ATM.

According to police, an unknown vehicle crashed into John Henry’s Pub in the 17100 block of James McKevitt Road Southwest at approximately 5:00 a.m.

No one was inside the pub at the time of the crash and no injuries have been reported. Police have not released descriptions of the suspect or the suspect vehicle.
