Weatherman Todd Gallant, keeps Calgarian's up-to-date with local forecasts from blizzards to Chinooks – the weather in Calgary keeps things interesting and so does Gallant.
Born and raised in Calgary, Gallant is a recent addition to CTV Calgary where he is the Weather Anchor for CTV MORNING LIVE weekdays starting at 5:30 a.m. Gallant provides more daily weather information on-air and online than any other forecaster in Calgary.
"It's a great privilege to be part of such an energized and experienced group," said Gallant. "We bring a bright start to the city of Calgary…regardless of the weather."
Gallant perfected his weather forecasting over the past decade working as a weather specialist for various media outlets including Global Calgary, Global Saskatoon and CHCA Alberta. His combination of humour, enthusiasm and understanding of complex fast moving weather patterns makes him a favourite with viewers.
A graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Gallant continues to build upon his passion for his home town community. He remains particularly fond of Calgary's diversity and community spirit. An avid car enthusiast, Gallant always welcomes a chance to "talk cars".
