Canadian country music star Shania Twain is taking her ‘Rock This Country’ tour on the road and will make a stop in Alberta in June.

The 49-year-old Ontario native wrapped up a two-year residency in Las Vegas in December.

The tour will make stops in Vancouver, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, London, Hamilton, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.

“This is a very important time in my life on the road because it's going to be my last. I'm going to make the most of it let's put it that way,” said Twain.

She will also play shows in the United States and will hit 48 cities in total but Calgary will not be one of them.

Twain performed at the Stampede last year to sold-out audiences.

She will play two shows in Edmonton on June 11th and June 12th and tickets go on sale on March 13th at Ticketmaster.
