The Rowdies annual sno-pitch tournament was held at the Glamorgan Park ball diamonds on Saturday, February 13, 2016.

The mild weather might be unusual, but the tournament isn’t. It’s been held for the last 13 years and is open to anyone who wants to have fun and get some exercise.

“Sportsmanship, have fun, make new friends, that's honestly the whole goal is, no one's here to win, everyone's here just to enjoy the outdoors,” said Lloyd Piehl, one of the organizers.

Teams played a round robin format and played the championship game in the afternoon.

No one was complaining about the sunshine and warmth. Two years ago, the tournament went ahead when the temperature was -27 degrees.
