The Calgary Health Foundation says the house in Cranston's Riverstone is situated on the banks of the Bow River and offers panoramic views of the river valley.
"It's an amazing space. We're really excited," Calgary Health Foundation president and CEO Mike Meldrum said.
"It's just a beautiful home. It has some amazing spaces, particularly the indoor-outdoor balcony spaces are just incredible."

The mansion has floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the main floor, a tiered outdoor living space, and a walkout lower level with a gym and wet bar.
"People spend a lot more time at home these days and I will tell you that these homes are designed with that in mind," Meldrum said.

Proceeds from the lottery go toward supporting Calgary hospitals, specifically critical care services.
"The support we get from the community through the lottery allows us to support the hospitals and this year we're supporting critical care services for the Peter Lougheed and South Health Campus and the whole region, really," Meldrum said.
Net proceeds from the lottery are projected to be in excess of $6.5 million this year.A look inside the $2.6 million Cranston show home up for grabs in Calgary's Hospital Home Lottery. (Calgary Health Foundation)
More than 2,500 prizes are up for grabs, including cash, luxury vehicles, electronics and a fully-furnished luxury condo in Canmore.
