Matthew David Parker, 27, is back in the hands of U-S law enforcement after being deported.

Parker was sent back to Indiana Tuesday morning to face a number of charges including criminal confinement, violating his probation, and failure to register as a sex offender.

Parker failed to tell Canadian border security officials about his criminal past, which includes fraud convictions in the state of Minnesota.

Parker was tracked to Calgary through emails and was arrested last Tuesday in a traffic stop in the community of Shawnessy.
