Calgary Police Service officials are thanking the public for assisting in the search for a man wanted on a number of charges in relation to a domestic conflict.

In July, police released a photograph of Cody Warren Mackenzie after warrants for his arrest were issued in connection with an undisclosed domestic offence.

On the morning of Wednesday, August 15, Mackenzie was arrested in the parking lot of a grocery store in the 7000 block of 4 Street N.W.

Police credit a tip from the public in leading them to Mackenzie.
