Rural communities hardest hit the the long weekend storms are still cleaning up.
The sound of chainsaws is filling the air in Carstairs.
Virtually every home in the town north of Calgary was damaged by the high winds and hail.
Damage is estimated at several million dollars and insurance adjusters say the area looks like a war zone.
The town is trying to cleanup in time to play host to the upcoming Mountain View Music Festival which kicks off on Friday.
Despite the extensive damage, no injuries were reported by emergency officials.
