Curry Wurst “Big Rock Grill” Style
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 Veal Bratwurst
- Curry Powder
Curry Sauce:
- 1 onion diced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil mix
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 250 gram Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 2-3 oz Citradelic single hop IPA
Directions:
Add olive oil and diced onions in sauce pan. Sauté until translucent. Add tomato paste and sauté, deglaze with 1 oz of beer. Add ketchup, balsamic vinegar and honey and simmer for couple of minutes. Finish with soy sauce, curry & chili powder and remainder of beer.
Note: You may use any style of beer!
First simmer Veal Bratwurst in Saltwater and then pan fry or grill. Slice into 5 pieces top with curry sauce and sprinkle with curry powder. Serve with bun or fries.
