Emergency crews were called to the scene of a house fire in the Beltline on Monday afternoon.
Crews were called to a house in the 700 block of 14 Ave. S.W. about 4:15 p.m.
Flames were seen shooting out of the windows of the second story when crews arrived.
Two people were home at the time and were not injured.
One cat was rescued.
Crews managed to contain the fire to the upper floor and are still at the scene watching for hotspots.
