A Lethbridge man won big earlier this year, but now he's won even more.

The Western Canada Lottery Corporation said Friday that David Serkin won $1 million in the Nov. 16 Lotto 6-49 draw.

Serkin, who says he buys tickets every day, also won $500,000 in a Lotto Max draw in August.

His most recent win is the third time Serkin's won big; he won $250,000 12 years ago in a separate draw.

He says he's been helping family and friends with his winnings and is now planning on a special treat for his wife: a trip to Maui.

Serkin won his prize by matching a Gold Ball draw selection.
