Lethbridge police have confirmed Matthew Robillard, the 25-year-old father who disappeared after leaving his home in west Lethbridge Thursday morning, has been located in Calgary.

Robillard was reported missing by family members after they were informed Matthew had not arrived at his place of work, a bank in Picture Butte, on Thursday morning.

Robillard’s abandoned vehicle was discovered in an industrial area in northeast Calgary on Friday.

Lethbridge police say the 25-year-old was located at a hotel in northeast Calgary and the ongoing investigation into Robillard’s disappearance has ruled out foul play.

"I am so very grateful for all the love and support of everyone that has helped," says Angelina Rosa Robillard, Matthew's wife.  "We are so blessed to have Matt back and are thankful for all of the kindness we have received."
