Officials with the Calgary Police Service confirm the man convicted in the fatal stabbing death of his Auburn Bay neighbour was arrested on Wednesday.

According to police, Nicholas Rasberry was in breach of conditions of his parole and his driving privileges were revoked for a 24 hour period.

On December 2, Rasberry was found guilty of manslaughter in connection with the May 2013 stabbing death of his neighbour Craig Kelloway. The school teacher was stabbed 37 times during the altercation.

Rasberry is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday, December 11.
