A Monday afternoon game of hide-and-seek involving four nine-year-old girls ended in a police investigation after a man is alleged to have grabbed one of the children.
At approximately 5:00 p.m., the children were playing near a convenience store in the 500 block of Queensland Dr. S.E. when one of the girls attempted to hide behind the shop. The girl alleges she was approached by a man who grabbed her wrist.
The child screamed and successfully escaped from the man’s grasp.
The suspect is described as:
- Caucasian
- Approximately 40-years-old
- Approximately 190 cm (6’3”) tall
- Bald
At the time of the incident, the man was wearing a black coat, black toque, sweat pants and black shoes.
