Calgary police are still searching for the gunman who opened fire in a Southeast community hall on Sunday morning, killing one man.

The victim's body was removed from the Radisson Heights Community Hall on Sunday afternoon.

More than one hundred partygoers were sent running from the reggae dance when gunfire erupted at around 3:30 Sunday morning.

When the shooting stopped one man lay dead inside, three others were injured.

Witnesses say the violence erupted after uninvited guests crashed the party.

The hall was rented out for what supposed to be a small wedding reception, but turned out to be a massive party.

Calgary Police Service Duty Inspector Keith Pollock says, "You may find at some of these functions, people who rent them out are not always forthright about what the function is about."

Police won't say how many suspects they're looking for.

An autopsy on the victim is expected to be completed on Tuesday.
