A snow route parking ban that was implemented on the weekend has been lifted and city crews are now moving on to other areas of the city.

A 72-hour parking ban was issued on Sunday and city officials lifted it at about 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Parking was restricted on roads that displayed a blue sign with a white snowflake during the ban.

Offenders could face a $75 fine and city officials say they issued 1750 tickets during the lastest ban.
