A judge has sided with a street ministry over the city in a dispute over noise.
Art Pawlowski of Street Church Ministries was charged after he refused to stop amplifying his sermons during his outdoor services downtown.
He has been acquitted of six charges and the judge called the city's handling of the case an abuse of power.
Provincial Court judge Allan Fradsham says the city's charges constituted a violation of his freedom of expression or religion.
