Calgary police are asking for public help in locating a 2004 Sterling Crane after a man allegedly fraudulently registered and sold the piece of commercial equipment.
According to police, sometime between June and November 2014, a former employee of Inner City Crane Ltd. stole a crane and sold it to unknown buyer.
The crane is described as:
- A 2004 Sterling Crane
- Alberta License Plate 63M858
- VIN: FZHAZAS94AM75387
The value of the crane exceeds $95,500
Police have identified 43-year-old Roberto Farinha as the suspect. An arrest warrant has been issued for Farinha on the charges of:
- Fraud over $5,000
- Theft over $5,000
