Tuesday will be a breezy day, with gusts in Calgary reaching 50 km/h. Stronger wind is expected in the foothills, and warnings may be issued. It is doubtful the warning-level wind would reach Calgary. Because of the wind, it will be warm, as mild Pacific air flows in. This can't last forever, though, and the weather pattern will change later in the week, cutting off the Pacific flow, and drawing colder air from the north. Temperatures will fall below average, and it looks like it could stay cold well into next week.
