Snow will taper off in Calgary on Saturday. We're anticipating 5-10 cm of snow for Calgary by midday Saturday, when the flurries will die down. Southwestern Alberta could receive 15 cm or more before the current snow event ends. A change in the weather pattern will give us warmer weather next week, but it will remain cooler than average. The average daytime high temperature is now 10. We may come close to it next week. There is a good possibility that much of the snow will be gone by Halloween.
