A lucky person, or group, in the Calgary area is about to become $30 million richer and they may be oblivious to their new found riches.
Lottery kiosks throughout the city have been abuzz following the news that the lone winning ticket in Friday evening's Lotto Max drawing was sold in Calgary.
“So many customers are coming in this morning,” says one Calgary convenience store owner. “Everybody wanting to check their tickets so it's quite busy today.”
“I'm hoping more customers will come in and somebody will win 30 million.”

The $30 million prize will be the largest lottery payout in Calgary’s history.
The Western Lottery Corporation says the winner has not made themselves known to officials. The owner of the winning ticket has one year to claim their prize.
