Members of the Calgary Police Service have concluded their search for a missing 21-year-old man following the discovery of a body on Wednesday afternoon.
Officers responded to a home in the 9800 block of Alberni Rd. S.E. following reports a resident had located human remains in a tree on their property.
An autopsy conducted by the Medical Examiner confirmed the identity of the deceased as Justin Rhodes (aka Justin McKinnon-Blomme), a 21-year-old man who had been reported missing in September of 2014.
According to police, Justin’s death is not considered to be criminal in nature.
